Polish soldiers who died in the battles of 1920 were buried in the cemetery in Hoduciszki. Their graves were situated at the end of the cemetery. According to archival materials, the buried here were, among others: Józef Olejniczak and Józef Szymański. It was planned to exhume them to Hoduciszki from the following localities: Grejcie, Jankiszki, Kackonie, Lachowicze, Moldziewicze, Oskiewicze, Svilany, Dowasie.Today there is no trace left of the graves of Polish soldiers. All that remains is a monument in the shape of an open book, laid directly on the ground. It is made of concrete; its dimensions: width 140 cm, depth 100 cm, thickness 10-25 cm. The pages are covered with a wrought-iron text. The inscription on the left side: "To the Fallen Soldiers for the Fatherland 75, 165 pp. WP 1920". Inscription on the right side: "Society of Hoduciszek 1930".Within the fence of the monument there is also a not very tall decorative metal cross without inscription; there are also two large trees growing here.
