Burial site originally marked by a cast iron cross on an irregular stele in a concrete mantle with two bands in the form of a coffin lid. Cross not preserved on pedestal. On the front of the stele an engraved inscription.

Tu spoczywa / Ś.P. / Kaietan / BORACZEWSKI / zm. 28 Grud. 1888r. / w wieku lat 40. / -.- / żona i dzieci proszą przechodniów / o westchnienie do Boga. //.
