Burial site marked by a stele on a base, in front of which is a concrete band in the form of a coffin lid. The stele reinforced at the back with a pile of stones bonded by mortar. On the stele at the front an inscription in two parts. The upper part, placed in a panel repeating the shape of the stele, contains the letters alpha and omega in convex carved circles, between them a laurel wreath tied with a ribbon with the monogram XP. Underneath is a relief inscription. The lower part of the inscription engraved. The quatrefoil marked with seven irregular plinths linked by a chain. A three-stage staircase is placed on the axis.

EUZEBIUSZOWI / OJCU JULIUSZA / SŁOWACKIEMU / Prof. Uniw. Wil. / ur. 1772 + 1814 //. "Wędrowiec w drodze życia mdłą stargawszy siłę / Wkrótce rzucę co miłe i co mi nie miłe. / Bez trwogi, nie bez żalu, widzę kres zbliżony, / Który znagla w nieznane przeniesie mnie strony. / W tę spokojną uchronę gdzie wieczność przebywa / I którą chmura pełna tajemnic okrywa." / (Wiersz przedśmiertny E. The minutiae is in handwriting. According to Wacław Wejtka's file, the tombstone was "fenced with an iron grate" in 1897 through the efforts of Lucjan Uziębła. The first tombstone of Euzebiusz Słowacki was erected according to a design from 1815. It was designed by Jozef Karol Poussier, who in 1796-1821 held the post of Vilnius Governorate builder. He was also the designer of the Ross cemetery [Anna Sylwia Czyż].
