Burial site marked by cross on two-stage plinth and base. Cross on plinth. At the intersection of the arms the mount is visible after the figure of Christ, above the titulus. Base and first step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the first step of the pedestal at the front an engraved inscription (2). Second step of plinth with chamfered upper side corners. Engraved inscription to the front (1) and rear (3). The whole enclosed by a fence consisting of a band and iron bars joined by slats, on the left originally a gate.

2. Wieczne odpoczywanie racz mu dać Panie! //.
3. S. P. / Wincenty / WELIK / Spoczął w Bogu / d. 12 Listopada 1895 r. / w wieku lat 80 //.
