Burial site marked by boulder with banded coffin lid. Grounded to the front with a bas-relief cross below an inscription carved in the form of two columns. Supported to the rear by a concrete mantle.

On the front edge the original inscription is visible. According to Lucjan Uziębła's file, the gravestone was framed by a fence "of white wall covered with sheet metal". Wacław Wejtko added that the same fence contained the tombstones of Henryk Błażejewicz (cross), Ewelina of Iskrzycka Szpitznagel (cross on plinth; D. O. M. / S P / Ewelina / z Iskrzyckich / Szpitznagel / d. 29 Sierp. 1903 / aged 76 / Dear Auntie, / Dearest Grandmother / Pray you in Heaven / And we on earth / Pray for you //.) and Maria Szwed (wooden cross; S. + P. / Marysieńka / Szwedówna / d. 18/I - 1935 / Śpij / Dziecino droga //.). The surname is also recorded as Spitznagel (cf. PSB)
