Tomb of Jan Sawicz-Zabłocki

Rectangular tomb, covered by a slab, at the head of which was originally a cross on a three-tier plinth and base. The cross is broken, leaning against the plinth. The arms of the cross show the attachment of the figure of Christ. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (2). The second step of the pedestal with moulded cornice, covered with a hipped roof. To the front, a panel with segmental arch carved corners. In it is a low-relief chalice with a host and a book tied with a stole, below it is an empty oval space for a photograph and a low-relief inscription (1). On the front wall, the entrance opening closed in a semicircle and obscured by a plaque with a relief inscription.
