The burial place marked by a tombstone on a base, at the head of which is a stele on a base. Stele framed by stepped narrow cuboids and much lower walls. Engraved inscription on the stele (1), on the cut-offs (2, 3) at the front and on the gravestone (4).

The form of the stele is reminiscent of the realisation from the tombstone of Apolonia Sarkulska (02/044) In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter Po card no. 121, dated 1934 and 1936 (Gravestone of Izabella Radwan-Przygocka). According to the card file, the old location of the gravestone: "to the left of the entrance, under the cemetery wall, between the chapel and the B end, N22. ". At the description of the gravestone a note: " wooden cross with metal crucifixion, inscription on tin plate". Inscription on tin plate: SS + P / Izabella / Radwan- / Przygodzka / Died 8/XI 1925 / aged 21 //. In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter Po, card no. 122, dated 1934 and 1936 (Gravestone of August Radwan-Przygocki). According to the card file, the old location of the gravestone: "to the left of the entrance, under the cemetery wall, between the chapel and the B end, N23. ". At the description of the gravestone a note: " wooden cross with metal crucifixion, inscription on tin plate". Inscription on tin plate: S + P / August Radwan / Przygodzki / Died 15. XII. 1932 / at the age of 55 / Rest your soul //. In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter Po, card no. 123, dated 1934 and 1936 (Gravestone of Mieczysław Radwan-Przygocki). According to the card file, the old location of the gravestone: "to the left of the entrance, under the cemetery wall, between the chapel and the B end, N24. ". At the description of the gravestone a note: " wooden cross with metal crucifixion, inscription on tin plate". Inscription on tin plate: S + P / Mieczyslaw / Radwan -Przygodzki / Died 14 April 1927 / aged 22 //. According to the records, August Radwan-Przygocki shot himself.
