Burial site marked by a cast-iron cross stylised as a tree trunk, on a stele in the form of rocks. At the intersection of the arms of the cross the mount is visible after the figure of Christ. On the stele of front an inscription plaque with chamfered upper corners with a ritual inscription.

Aleksandra / BORKOWSKA / zm. 5 Stycznia 1890r. / wieku lat 30. / Stroskany mąż / pamiątkę poświęca //.
