The burial place marked by a cross on the stele and base. Cross on pedestal bordered by a stepped border, with arms ending in an arch in a donkey's back framed by rhomboidal caps. Visible mount after the figure of Christ. The stele of irregular shape, tapering towards the top. The ground front with engraved inscription. In the base of the stele a rectangular plaque with a rhombic inscription is set into the front.

2. S. P. / STEFUŚ / KALEŃSKI / Żył tylko trzy latka i 9 mcy / zgasł 13 czerwca 1876 R. //.

Additional information:

According to Lucjan Uziębła's card file, the gravestone was originally enclosed by a metal fence. According to Wacław Wejtka's file, the letter Po card 115 (Przezdziecki Jan), in a common fence with the tombstone of Jan Przezdziecki N13).
