Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross on plinth, lost, not preserved. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges, second step tapering upwards, covered by wider panel with moulded lower edges. An engraved inscription on the front of the second step. The quatrefoil framed by an 'L' shaped band, with a cast iron fence in the form of bars framed by sigmoidal bars, channel bars and the carving of an arch into a donkey's back, with an entrance at the rear. Common plot for gravestones nos. 52-60.

Tu spoczywają / zwłoki / Ś. P. / Tadeusza / JESMANA / Półkownika Wojska / Rossyiskiego / Kawalera Orderu / ur. 24 Marca 1809 r. / + 3 Lutego 1881 r. / Kochająca żona z wdzięcznem i z zbolałem sercem / półożyła ten pomnik i prosi / wiernych o Zdrowaś Maria //.

Inscription in italics. On the fence a metal plate with the inscription: ФАБР. ЖЕЛЬЗИ. ИЗДЬЛ[.] / С. ЩЕНОНВИЧА / ВЬ ВИЛЬНЫ[.] //. In Wacław Wejtka's file, under the letter J, card number 193, dated 1936. According to Wejtka, the old location of the gravestone is sector "E2, graves of the Hurczyn family, N8". In the inscription Wejdko states "Jeśman". The description of the tombstone: "Identical gravestone from N 6".
