The burial place is marked by a stele with semicircular upper corners, in front of it a plaque protruding from the face closed with a semicircle. In the upper part of the plaque a panel closed with a full arch, in it a relief carved cross and letters: Ś P, below a fluted rectangular panel with a relief inscription. In front of the gravestone there is a second, narrower panel.
