Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth, preceded by a banded coffin lid. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper side edges, the second step closed gabled, with a surviving mounting post. On the front, an isolated plaque with an engraved inscription.

According to Wacław Wejtka's records, the gravestone was originally enclosed by a fence. The form of the gravestone indicates its later origin, probably from the 1920s.
