Burial place originally marked by cross on obelisk on plinth and base. Base with chamfered upper edges. Plinth with moulded upper edges, inscription engraved on front. The surface of the obelisk roughened, on the front a bas-relief polished laurel wreath, olive branch and extinguished torch, below a bas-relief polished inscription. On the right side of the obelisk a bas-relief polished inverted torch, below a bas-relief polished inscription. The quatrefoil framed by six cylindrical pedestals joined by metal bars to form a fence. The pedestal fence on the front, in the upper right-hand corner an engraved signature: R. BIKNER (see notes).

1. ELEONORA / z CHLEWIŃSKICH / WOLMEROWA / ZM. W WARSZAWIE / W WIEKU LAT 55 / 4│16 MARCA R. 1890 / POKÓJ JEJ DUSZY //.
2. Upatrowała scieżki domu swego, a chleba / próżnując nie jadła. Rękę swą otwo- / rzyła ubogiemu i dłonie sweściągnę- / ła ku niedostatecznemu. / (Ks. Mądr. Rozd. XXXI.) //.
