Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross lost, not preserved. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. On the front of the pedestal a panel with quarter circular chamfered upper corners, in it a convex carved inscription, secondarily painted.

Ś. + P. / MARJA / TARASZKIEWICZ / ZM. 29 LIPCA 1909 R. / WIEKU LAT 14 / BOŻE ZBAW DUSZĘ JEJ. //.
