Burial site originally marked by a cross on a three-stage plinth and base. Perpetuated cross not preserved. The third step of the plinth with moulded upper and lower edges. On it to the front a plaque with moulded frame and cast inscription (1). Leaning against the plinth is a second plaque with a cast inscription, repeating the shape of the previous one (2).
