Tombstone of Emilia Mickaniewska

Vilnius | Lithuania

The burial place marked by a cast iron cross on a plinth. Cross on pedestal bordered by a stepped border, with arms ending in an arch in a donkey's back framed by rhomboidal caps. Visible mount after figure of Christ, above titulus. The plinth in the form of rocks. On the front a plaque stylised as an unfolded scroll with a ritual inscription. In the corners of the quatrefoil cylindrical pedestals, originally joined together by cast iron bars.

Inscription:

S. P / Emilija / z Proniewiczów / MICKANIEWSKA / zm. 7 Stycznia 1881 r. / wieku lat 25. / Stroskany mąż dobrej żonie / tę pamiątkę poświęca / prosi o westchnienie do Boga! //.
