Burial place marked by cippus with finial, on plinth and base. The plinth is moulded. Finial not preserved, trace of attachment visible. Profiled cornice at the top of the cippus. At its corners acroterions. Between them tympanums with relief decoration. The lateral ones with a stylised lily motif. The front one closed with a tricircle, inside: lowered, crossed torches, tied with a ribbon and suspended from a rosette-decorated peg. The rear tympanum contains a motif of a winged hourglass with a scythe. Cippus on the sides rusticated. To the rear, a convex carved curtain suspended from three entablature, and below it an olive lamp entwined by a uroboros. On the front, a panel with a ritual inscription, with decorative rosettes in its corners. Below the inscription an engraved decorative Greek cross on the sides framed by horizontal arrows. In the corners of the quatrefoil cylindrical pedestals on which are set stylised vases connected by a chain.

Przez pamięc / własney smiertelności zmów / Anioł Pański / za duszę s: p: Jerzego / Zaiączkowskiego / Sędz - Guber - Wilens / zeszłego Ru 1834. Augus - 22. / i Adolfa Syna iedynastą / dniami przed Oycem zmarłego, / którym osierocona Córka / i Siostra ten pomnik poświęca. //.
