The gravestone is marked by an irregular stele with a panel on the front with a bas-relief cross and a plaque below with an engraved inscription.

D. O. M. / Tu złożone / śpiące w Bogu niemowlę / SCHOLASTYKA / HEJBOWICZ / urodziła się 1850 R. lutego 10 D. / Żyła rok i trzy miesięcy //.
