A tomb on a rectangular plan situated on the crest line of the hill. Compositionally divided into two zones - a façade on the side of the slope, and a two-stage slab enclosed by a fence on the side of the top of the hill. The façade with a rectangular gable capped with a gabled arch, passing into flanking pyramidal plinths capped with pyramids, situated on a base. Gable and plinths connected by a common cornice. The gable surmounted by a cross on a plinth. In the field of the gable, a rectangular plaque with a coat-of-arms cartouche. The front of the façade is rusticated, on the axis there is a rectangular panel with three vertically placed inscription panels fixed with rivets, ended with metal buttons, on them 1)2)3)engraved inscriptions. On the side of the hill the panel ends in a gable of the façade, in its field a frame in which a plaque on the left with an engraved cross, on the right with 4)engraved inscription. The plinths flanking the gable are connected by double bars with the plinths positioned halfway along the slab. On the front two additional plinths connected by a chain with oval links. The whole preceded by a step. All plinths on bases, closed pyramidal.

According to Wacław Wejtka's file, he obtained additional information from the Węsławski family in November 1934: Michał Węsławski, b. 17.9.1849, d. 22.8.1917, lawyer, first elected president of Vilnius in 1905, MP for the Duma in 1906, president of the Polish Committee in 1916; Maria Strawińska née Węsławska, b. 28.10.1837, died 22.4.1918; Stefania Szulc-Morowa née Węsławska, died 13.4.1921, aged 87; Emilia Węsławska née Saryusz Bielski (wife of Dr Witold), born 20.8.1863, died 25.6.1912, social activist, journalist, pioneer of the women's movement, founder of the Women's Equality Circle of the National Organisation of Women in Vilnius, co-operated with the War Victims Aid Society; Maria Węsławowska née Grużewska, died 15.2.1922 at the age of 66; Józefa Węsławska, died 16.12.1925, aged 88; Witold Węsławski (brother of Michał), honorary doctor of the Stefan Batory University, Knight of the Commander's Cross of Polonia Restituta, founder and President of the Polish Educational Society of the Vilnius Region, born in 1855, graduated from the University of Warsaw in 1881, settled in Vilnius from 1887; President of M. S. from 1919, died 27.5.1930; Witold Burhardt, b. 1913, d. 1936, son of Aleksander and Janina, née Węsławska, daughter of Dr Witold. In Wacław Wejtka's file, under the letter Bo, card no. 385 (Witold Burhardt). No information on the date of the card is available. According to the card, Witold Burhardt was "buried in the graves of the Węsławski family, D, N25". Burhardt was an officer in a light artillery squadron. He died a tragic death in Zakopane. The corpse was brought in on 10.12.36. An obituary accompanies the card.
