Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (1). The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (2).

Inscription:

1. Stroskane dzieci tę / pamiątkę poświęcają / i proszą przechodnich, / o westchnienie do Boga. //.
2. tu spoczywają zwłoki / Ś. P. / Heleny / WŁASOW / zm. 13 Marca 1886 r. / wieku lat 57. / - / S. P. / Marja / KORNIŁOWICZ / zm. 20 List. 1896 r. / wieku lat 64. //.
