Rectangular tomb covered by a slab with a wall to the sides and rear and a cross in the centre on a three-tier plinth and base. The cross is chamfered, on a plinth. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with corners decorated with bas-relief floral motifs, in it a bas-relief inscription (2), below an engraved signature. The second step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front a panel with corners decorated with relief floral motifs, in which a relief inscription (1). The third step of the plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel filled with low-relief floral motifs, enclosing an oval photograph on porcelain. The photograph shows a man in bust, facing 3/4 to the right. On the axis of the tomb there is a plinth at the front. On it and on the corners of the walls flaming vases. On the front a cast-iron chain.

Additional information:
By the tomb a loose fragment resembling a beam, where a frieze with relief letters NT IN P (dimensions: 31 x 44 x 15, material: imitation marble). Perhaps the original inscription read "Requiescant in pace". According to the file of Wacław Wejtka (card no. 72), there was a tin plaque on the tomb with the inscription: Ś. + P. / Oskar / Wierzba-Wendorff / Engineer and landowner / aged 54 / Died 24. VI. 1928. //.
