Burial place marked by a gravestone on the base. On the gravestone a panel with segmental arch cut-out corners, in it a bas-relief cross, below a bas-relief inscription (1). In front, a panel with segmental arch cut-out corners, in which is a relief inscription (2). The whole, together with gravestone No. 013, is enclosed by a fence consisting of a high band and plinths connected by doubled bars.

Inscription:

1. S. + P. / ZENON / GIECEWICZ / UR. 1869 R. ZM. 1915 R. //.
2. Cześć jego pamieci //.
