The burial place marked by a pillar shrine bordered by a cornice and covered by a hipped roof. Panels on the front and back, in the front panel a plaque with an engraved inscription.

Tu / Spoczywają zwłoki / Piotra i Aleksandry Olszanowskich / Spiycie dziadki [s]nem bezpiecznym / Skrapiane Rodzicom łzami / Nim nas uymnie śmierć snem wiecznym / I nim do nas pzjidziem sami / Przechodniu ! / Dla Boga proszę zatrzymay się tu na chwilę / Błagam cię opacierz zmów na ich mogile / Roku 1840 Lipca 12 dnia //.
