Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base, with a coffin lid in a concrete band probably the remains of a fence. Cross not preserved. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Inset inscription to front (1). Second step of pedestal with chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (2).

According to Wacław Wejtka's file, the gravestone was originally topped with a Greek cross and enclosed by a fence with iron bars. On the tombstone a tin plate with the inscription: S + P / of Kupści / Alina / Sikora-Sikorska / Died dn. 15. III. 1936 / at the age of 51 / Peace to her soul. //.
