Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross on plinth with moulded upper edges. Cross to front and back with repeated face. On the front visible mount after the figure of Christ. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. To the front an engraved inscription (1). The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, covered with a mansard roof. Engraved inscriptions on four sides (2, 3, 4, 5).

Inscription:

1) W tak wielkim smutku Żona i Dzieci / podnoszą oczy do nieba łzami zalane / i wołają ze wszystkich stron. / O Panie nasz i Boże Wszechmocny! / Wysłuchaj prośby nasze, zlituj się nad / duszą Jego. O to prosiemy o przyczynę / Matki Boskiej; A was przechodniów o trzy / Zdrowaś Marija i wieczne odpocznienie. //.

2) Tu spoczywają zwłoki / S. P. Radcy Stanu i Kowal. / Doktora Medyc[ny]. / [Jó]zefa / WIDOWSK[iEG]O / i Żony j[eg]o Antoniny / z [K?][.]liko[w]skic[h] / WIDOWSKIEJ / / .

3) Ś. P. / Józef / umarł 15 Listopada / 1849 Roku //.

4) Ś. P. / Antonina / zmarła 17 Października / 1861 Roku //.

5) Wieczne / odpocznienie / daj im Panie. //.

In inscription no. 2 lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 in italics. In inscription nos. 3 and 4 all lines except the first are in italics. In inscription no. 5 all lines in italics. According to Wacław Wejtka's file after Antoni Łazarowicz, the inscription is probably from an earlier gravestone: Here lie the remains / of the late / Józef Widowski / councillor of state and cav. Ord. / + 1849. / In so [...] rest //.

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

Cross repositioned (?). The gravestone shows signs of arson and bullet marks.
