Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross on moulded plinth, cusped at base, not preserved. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (No. 1). The second step of the pedestal tapering towards the top, on the front an oval recess of a not preserved photograph, below an engraved inscription (No. 2). The whole was originally enclosed by a fence, of which a band and a cast-iron post remain. The fence shares tombstones No. 005 (Adela Cytowiczowa), No. 007 (of the Juchnowicz family) and No. 008 (N.N.).
