The burial place marked by a rectangular stele in a concrete band at the headstone passing into a slab. On the front of the stele a circular plaster medallion, framed by a shaft, with a relief bust of a man. The figure facing 3/4 to the right, wearing a shirt with collar, in the lower right part an engraved signature (No. 1). Below this an engraved inscription. On the slab a metal plaque in the form of a coat of arms cartouche with a painted inscription (No. 2). A gravestone on a common granite and concrete base with the gravestone No. 003 - Eleonora Balzukiewicz.

According to Wacław Wejtko's file, gravestone in the form of a wooden cross with a crucifix and a tin plate with an inscription: S + P / Bolesław / Balzukiewicz / Artysta Rzeźbiarz / Profesor Wydz. Sztuk Piękn. / USB in Vilnius / Died on 12 February 1935 / at the age of 56. //. Such a record is also confirmed by A. Śnieżko. The gravestone on a common granite-concrete base with the gravestone No. 003 - Eleonora Balzukiewicz. Documentation of the object KPD=AV-298/12 in Kultūros paveldo departamento prie Kultūros ministerijos direktoriau (Cultural Heritage Department at the Ministry of Culture).

State of preservation:

lichens, inscription partly obliterated

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

bronze relief stolen in 1994, replaced by a plaster cast in 1995
