The burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross on a two-step pedestal, the first step of which has profiled upper edges, on the front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners with an inscription in flat relief (No. 1), on the right wall in the left, lower corner an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal surmounted by a profiled plate tapering upwards, on the front a panel with a metal plate surmounted by a flat arch, with an image of Our Lady of Ostra Brama in flat relief. The first step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges, on the front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners with an inscription in flat relief (No. 2). The second step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges, on the front a panel with oval recesses in the upper part of which are the remains of medallions, covered with floral and geometric decoration in the form of a cube frieze, under which three upright slats are fastened. Below the medallions bows supporting garlands of roses and camomile, above the medallions stylised floral decoration. Below, an inscription executed in flat relief (No. 3). Tombstone in a metal fence common to the 9 tombstones of the Pietraszkiewicz family. Fencing in the form of a mesh on a concrete base, with a gate at the front. Within the plot two metal benches placed with their backs to the front fence.

A gravestone in a metal fence common to 9 gravestones of the Pietraszkiewicz family. Fence in the form of a mesh on a concrete base, with a gate at the front. Within the plot two metal benches placed with their backs to the front fence. In Wacław Wejtka's file, under the letter P, card number 143, dated 1934. The location of the gravestone is missing. Next to the description of the gravestone a note: "on the right side the gravestone of Feliks, on the left of Onufry Pietraszkiewicz". According to the 1934 description: "under the cross a picture of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Dawn Gate engraved; gilded porcelain medallions with portraits of the deceased; fence - iron mesh on iron posts".
