Tombstone of Jan Batteigner and Aleksei Brojakowski

Тернопіль | Ukraine

Burial place marked by a recumbent figure of the saint on a plinth and two-stage base with foundation. The figure on its left side, reclining on a stylised bed covered with fabric. In his left outstretched hand he holds a bandolier, his right hand bent at the elbow supports the hem of his cloak. To the left of the figure on the bed a cross, a book and a bowl (?). The plinth with moulded upper and lower edges, covered by a wider panel. Profiled panels on four sides. In the front plate with an engraved inscription (1). The inscription is also engraved in the rear panel (2). On the second step of the base in the rear corners two columns with urns. Urns on circular feet, low pedestals with knocked bowl.
