Tombstone of Józef Hoszowski

Тернопіль | Ukraine

The burial place is marked by an obelisk on a two-stepped pedestal and a two-stepped base. On the obelisk, from the top a convex carved decorated with glazing cross, with arms ending in a rhomboid, on the right side entwined with a palm branch. Below, a plaque with an engraved inscription. The second step of the base and the first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved frame with quarter-circular chamfered corners, set off by a groove. The whole originally framed by a fence consisting of four plinths connected by a cast iron bar. The joints are not preserved. A bench on the right.

Inscription:

JÓZEF / Sas z Hoszowa / HOSZOWSKI / * 1823. +. 8/10 1899. / Osierocona / Córka prosi o / Pozdrowienie Anielskie / Za tę drogą Jej / duszę //.
