Burial place marked by a stele on a plinth and base. A stele preceded by a slab covers the burial cellar. Rectangular plinth with a niche probably intended for a photograph or candles. There are fragments of glass in the space. Stele and inscription plaque not preserved.

Inscription:

niezachowana tablica inskrypcji.

Time of origin:

First half of the 20th century.
