Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross not preserved, on moulded plinth. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the back an engraved inscription (2). The second step of the pedestal with 1/3 chamfered sides, enclosed by an arch cut into a donkey's back. On the front a panel with cut-out lower corners, in which a relief inscription is carved (1). On the back, an engraved rose wreath tied with a ribbon, below an engraved inscription (3). The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of a high band and cast-iron rods connected by slats and decorated channels.

2. Dziecię jedyne, Heniu nasz drogi / Wyrwał nam Ciebie los ciężki, drogi. / Tyś wśród aniołków na jasnym niebie / Tam nasze serca rwą się do Ciebie. //.
3. HENIO / KOPAŃSKI / ur. 20 Lutego 1890 r. / zm. 21 Maja 1896 r. //.
