Tombstone of Maria Bratrov

Тернопіль | Ukraine

Burial site marked by a statue of the Virgin and Child, on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Statue of the Virgin on her own base, damaged head, long hair. She holds the Infant in her left hand, her right hand raised in a gesture of blessing, her forearm is lost. She is dressed in a long, ruffled gown and cloak, from under which shoes protrude. The first step of the pedestal finished with moulding, a panel on the front with quarter-circle chamfered corners. The second step of the pedestal, on the sides and the back, a frame with quarter-circle chamfered corners. On the front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners with a rhombic inscription.
