Tombstone originally in the form of a cast iron cross on an irregular stele. The cross is not preserved. On the stele at the front an engraved inscription.

According to a file by Lucjan Uziębła, the gravestone was originally located in the Evangelical cemetery, by the western wall. It was crowned by a metal cross and enclosed by the same fence. All lines except 2 in italics
