The burial site marked by a boulder on the front and sides hewn in a band of granite blocks. The boulder on the front bears a carved cross, with an engraved inscription below.

TU ZŁOŻONE ZOSTAŁY ZWŁOKI / JÓZEFA / SKIBIŃSKIEGO / [Krtl]. [A]SS. Star. S[..] [...] / Umarł d. 21 Stycz. 1840 R / mając wieku lat 33 / Zostawiwszy wieczny żal w sercach / Matki, żony, familij, drobnych dziatek / i przyjaciół / Przechodniu westchnij / [do] BOGA / za duszę Jego //.
