The outdoor sculpture 'Partisans' in Boston was created in 1979. The official unveiling took place in 1893. The author of the work is Andrzej Pityński. Made of aluminium, the sculpture consists of a group of five soldiers sitting on horses. Their figures are bent over, fatigue is visible in their bodies. The work was the world's first depiction of unbroken soldiers.
