Rectangular-plan tomb, inserted into the cemetery wall, topped by a tall cast-iron neo-Gothic chapel. The chapel is square in plan, on a two-stepped plinth. Enclosed at the corners by semi-columns with octagonal capitals with acanthus, capped at the top with triangular gables. Between the columns there are panelled arched windows with masquerade decoration, in which inscription plaques are cast on four sides. In the finial a cross with mouldings on an octagonal plinth. In the gables and finial of the half-columns pinnacles and cusps. Second tier of plinth at corners with octagonal column bases, covered by simplified beam.
