Burial place originally marked by a cross on a plinth and two-stage base. Cross on its own moulded plinth. At the intersection of the arms a medallion with a relief profile of Christ wearing a crown of thorns. Base steps with chamfered upper edges. Plinth with moulded upper edges, on all sides in the upper part a carving of a segmental arch. On the front an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Tu spoczywają / GRZEGORZ / SZELIGA / żył lat 57 + 23-I 1911 / i żona / JÓZEFA /* 13.III 1862 + 10-XI 1928 / Proszą o Anioł Pański. / Staraniem dzieci. //.
