Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam. On the front a profiled panel with chamfered upper corners, in which is an engraved inscription (1). On the right side, an engraved inscription (2).

2. TU / OBOK / DZIADKA / LEŻY HONORAT 3 LETNI SYN / JULIANA I LEOPOLDYNY Z GREKÓW / BORZEMSKICH / + 23 CZERWCA 1884 //.
