Burial site originally marked by a statue of St John on a two-tier plinth and two-tier base. The statue originally on its own base, now damaged, lies next to the gravestone. The head of the statue is not preserved. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the second step of the plinth, on the front, an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

JAN TR[...] / żył lat [7]2 / zmarł 28/8 1928 / Prosi o Anioł Pański[i] //.

1929-1932
