Burial place marked by a cross on a plinth and three-stage base. Engraved inscription (2) on the cross on the front wall. First and second steps of base glazed. Second and third steps of base with chamfered upper edges. The plinth enclosed by moulding tapering upwards. On the corners of the plinth relief acroterions. On the front wall an engraved inscription (1).

1. Ś.P. / BŁAŻEJ i KRYSTYNA / EKERTOWIE / * 2\2 1827 * 22\7 1831 / + 2\8 1913 + 2\10 1917. //.
2. SPOCZNĄ i WSTANĄ ! //.
