Tombstone marked by two tombstones, at the head of which is a figure of St Leo on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. St Leo on his own base, wearing short hair and a long undulating robe, holding a Gospel in his left hand and his right hand on his chest. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam, comprising architrave and cornice, inscription carved on front.
