Burial place marked by a statue of St Stanislaus on a two-stepped plinth and four-stepped base, within a fence. Statue of St Stanislaus on its own base. He holds flowers in his right hand and a cross in his left. Second step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth enclosed by a simplified beam. On the front wall an engraved inscription (1). Below a blank rectangular panel. On the right wall, engraved inscription (2).

1. Tu spoczywa / STANISŁAW / PATRYKA / zmarł 5 marca / 1909. Przeżył / lat 29 / Prosi o Anioł Pański. //.
2. SABINA WIKTORJA / z PARTYKÓW / SZUMOWSKA / * 5-XII 1877 / + 30-IX 1925 / IGnACY / SZUMOWSKI / 1902 – 1955 / Prosi o Anioł Pański //.
