ukr. Zbaraż (Збараж)
Burial place marked by a statue on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Figure of St Thomas on pedestal, shown full frontal. He is dressed in a girt and cloak, holding a book in his left hand and feathers in his right. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam and covered by hipped roof. On the front an engraved inscription.
