Burial place originally marked probably by a cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the pedestal with a panel on the front closed with an overhanging arch, in which an inscription is engraved, above which is a rectangular opening for an unpreserved photograph.

Tu spoczywa / JÓZEF. ROSKIEWICZ / Zmarł 9 Lipca. w R 1870 / Prosi o Zdrowaś M[aryja] / Nigdy nie usy[pia]jaca lza / pamiec zaloba bracie / drogi. //.
