Tomas Nowak's gravestone

ukr. Zbaraż (Збараж)
Burial place marked by a cross on a plinth and two-stage base, preceded by a slab. Cross with chamfered edges, on plinth with moulded upper edges. Plinth with moulded upper edges. The front of the plinth is profiled on the sides, with engraved inscription. The slab tapering downwards, with an engraved cross.
