Burial place marked by a statue of St Gregory on a three-stage base and two-stage plinth with four grave slabs added to the front. The slabs taper downwards, a cross engraved on each to the front. The figure on its own base, the saint in papal robe, crown on his head, which faces right, in his left hand he holds a book, under which is a three-armed cross, his right hand bent at breast level. The first step of the plinth with chamfered top edges, the second step surmounted by a simplified beam, on the front an engraved inscription.

Ś. P. / Tu spoczywają / GRZEGORZ i MARJA / PAJĄCZKOWSCY / dzieci / SZYMON I FRANCISZKA / CZAPLIŃSCY / i synowa KATARZYNA / Proszą o Anioł Pański. //.
