The burial place marked by a cross on a conical topped plinth placed on a base. On the plinth an inscription carved into the surface of the stone.

S P / Rodzina Spudasow / Tu spoczywają zwłoki ukochan dziatek / Alfons / ur. d. 25 lip. 1901 um. d. 10 stycz. 1905. / Edmund / ur. d. 12 listop. 1902. um. d. 21 mar. 1903.
