A gravestone in the form of an urn on a two-stepped plinth and base. Urn with a lid and earrings, in the lower part decorated with acanthus leaves, on a plinth. The first step of the plinth consisting of two panels, stepped. The second step of the plinth tapering towards the top, rusticated on the sides (on the left a metal handle, probably from a chain), with profiled lower and upper edges, covered with a wider panel with acroterions, filled with floral motifs in relief, with semicircular peaks on the front and back, the sides gabled with floral motifs in relief. A winged column in relief on the front, an urn with laurel branch in relief on the back. On the front side of the pedestal, a relief draped fabric tied with a lambrequin, above an oval panel with a bas-relief of the Łada coat of arms under a crown, in the crest a lion ascending, holding a sword in its paws. The escutcheon framed by labres, at the top the letters I W. Below an engraved inscription (1). Rear engraved inscription (2), below relief carved cross on pedestal tied with cord with anchor.
