The site marked by a stele on a plinth, in front of which is a band. The stele is in the form of a rectangular trapezoid, with an inscription inscribed on the front and an engraved oak branch. The band is shared with a neighbouring stele with a Cyrillic inscription commemorating the Mierzwińskis, probably related.

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

Next to the gravestone was a monument to Dominik Mierzwiński (inscription: Dominik / MIERZWINSKI / died 11.VII 1911. 54 l //. After 2010, the cross was removed and Dominik Mierzwiński was added to the stele on the family gravestone. The original appearance of the memorials in the archive photo. The stele probably replaced an earlier gravestone
